Thank you for shopping with BabyNest! We’re dedicated to getting your order to you fast, safely, and with care. Here’s how our shipping works.
Order Processing
Every order is processed within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day. Our daily cutoff is 2:00 PM EST; orders placed after that time start processing on the following business day. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
Shipping Cost
We keep our shipping rates simple and transparent. Shipping is $13.00 for one BabyNest. For orders with more than one item, shipping is calculated by weight and destination. Just enter your address at checkout to see the final shipping cost for your order.
Shipping Times
Average delivery times:
- USA & Canada: 5–12 business days
- UK, Europe & Australia: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Customs or carrier delays can sometimes add a little time, but most orders arrive sooner than expected.
International Shipping
We happily ship worldwide! Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. In most cases, orders arrive without any extra fees.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If it still hasn’t updated after a few days, contact us. We’re always happy to help.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days, email us at info.babynest1@gmail.com and we’ll make it right by reshipping or refunding your order.
