At BabyNest, we work fast to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here’s how order changes and cancellations work.

5-Minute Window

You have 5 minutes after your payment goes through to cancel or change your order. After that, your order moves into our fast-track processing system, and we can no longer cancel it, update the shipping address, or change the items.

Please double-check your cart and shipping details before checking out.

Need Help With an Order?

If you notice a mistake, email us right away at info.babynest1@gmail.com with your order number and what you’d like changed. We can’t guarantee the change will go through once processing has started, but we’ll always do our very best to help.

Already Shipped?

Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can still request a return within 60 days of delivery under our Refund Policy.
